Play Dirty is an adults-only (18+) party game that runs in the browser. One phone sits on the table, players take turns spinning a wheel, and the wheel deals a dare or a question at one of six levels of heat. Doing the card moves you along the board, and the first player to the finish wins the prize the table agreed on.

Couples and groups of consenting adults. Two players is couple mode; group mode seats up to eight. Each player sets who they are into and whether they play top, bottom or vers, and the game only deals cards that fit the people at the table.

Levels 1 and 2 are free, with no account and no card. A Hot pass opens levels 1 to 4 for 24 hours for $4.99. A Filthy pass opens all six levels for 24 hours for $7.99. Passes are single charges and never renew. There are no subscriptions.

No. Play Dirty is a web app at playdirty.app. It can be added to a phone's home screen, runs full screen, and keeps working without a signal once it has loaded.

Player names, settings and game progress stay on your device. If you put everyone's phones in the game, the phones connect straight to the device running it; only when a network won't allow that does the game pass through our server for that one phone, and the room is deleted when you close it or after 12 hours. There are no ads and no tracking. Payments are handled by CCBill, so Play Dirty never sees or stores card details.

Any card can be passed for a small penalty, any player can stop the game at any time with the safeword, and hard limits are switched off by category before the game starts. Cards that carry real risk include a one-line safety note.

Yes. Start the game on one device, a phone, laptop or TV, and tap Phones. Everyone scans the code, picks who they are, and takes their turns, reads their cards and can call the safeword from their own phone. There is nothing to install and no account, and guests do not pay: the levels are whatever the device running the game has unlocked.

Nobody has to invent the dares, and the deck does not run dry: about 600 dares and 200 questions, sorted into six levels and matched to who is playing. There is a board, so there is a winner, and a small penalty for passing, so there is a reason to play the card.

Only if you want it to be. A pass costs a penalty the table picks before the game: a shot, a few paddle smacks, or a space back on the board. It plays perfectly well sober, and the heavier cards are better that way.
